Little Pinguins!!
My favorite! I had many questions in the past about this design. The most of those questions where about the same thing: How in world do you start. Well today i'm gonna tell you the secret :) .
You start with a light blue basis. It's also possible to start with a black basis. But I thing light blue is cute hihhi
The next step is bringing on a nail shaped white cover on your basis. Like on the picture. The last but important step are the little feet, nose, mouth and eyes! This is the hardest part. It's possible to choose any colour you want and mix up the design!!
